The two-tower City Place complex includes more than 530,000 square feet of offices near Fort Worth’s landmark Sundance Square. Spire Realty Group owns the property. “City Place is a special asset to us and a big part of downtown Fort Worth’s history,” Spire Realty’s Jordyn Allen said in a prepared statement. “Spire is looking forward to partnering with Stream to showcase City Place as one of downtown Fort Worth’s only true Class A office projects.”
